1. Start by sitting in a comfortable position, for example cross legged or Indian style. But it doesn’t really matter
how you sit just as long as your are comfortable. Once you are sitting comfortably close your eyes, and take a few moments
to let your body relax. Clear your mind the best you can, and let the days event leave you. Once this is done move onto step
Two.
2.When you feel you are relaxed and your mind is as clear as you can get it. Take a deep breath in through your mouth.
An try to hold it in until the mental count of four. After which slowly exhale through your nose. An draw in another deep
breath, following the same process as before. But upon
exhaling, count down mentally from four to zero. Doing this well help you relax your mind and body more, therefore better
preparing you for the task at hand. Continue to repeat these steps until you feel you are as relaxed as you can get. Then
move onto step three.
3.At this point and time place your hands together gently, and hold them out in front of your chest. Now focus on your
energy and the energy of everything around you. Breath in slowly through your mouth, while visualizing all the energy around
you. Being slowly but steadily pulled into your hands. Let it form into a ball, weather it be large or small.
Allow the energy you are taking to make the Energy Ball expand with all of the energy you are pulling in. Your hands will
eventually begin to push away from each other. When they do you may experience a few things. For example your hands may get
warm, or begin to tingle, etc…
Just go with the flow of things. Also at this point do not try to instill feeling or anything else into your Energy Ball
you are not ready for that yet.
For now just let it continue to grow, and keep your mind focused on pulling more energy into it. When you feel that the
Energy Ball, is large enough and strong enough. Then move onto step four.
4.Now with the ball of growing energy grasped gently between your hands. Try to stay focused on it, while you think of
something very cold. For example an ice cube, or a gently winter wind.
Once you have that firmly in mind, and are still focused on nothing but the Energy Ball. Begin to concentrate, visualize,
and focus on filling the Energy Ball with this cold feeling. With each breath you take let the Energy Ball grow colder and
colder with every bit of energy you pull into it. Until you can feel it’s cold presence between your hands. When you
can feel this, Then move onto the fifth and final step to this beginners guide.
5.Now that you have filled your Energy Ball with this cold sensation. Open your eyes slowly, but stay completely focused
on the Energy Ball. Now if there is some around you, or perhaps even an animal of some kind. Try throwing the Energy Ball
you created at it. An see if they can feel or experience the cold feeling you instilled into the Energy Ball. Most animals
will definitely react to your Energy Ball. So will most people it all just depends on how efficiently you created it…
Just keep trying all of this over and over again…
